1. General Rules

  1. A sender being a natural person may use the Store provided they have full legal capacity.

  2. The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by the Buyer providing incorrect data in the Store’s registration form. Data provided by the Buyer must not violate applicable law or infringe the personal rights of third parties.

  3. The Store User is obliged not to disclose their login and password to third parties.

  4. Use of any Store materials (logos, graphics, layout) without written consent of the Seller is prohibited.

2. Orders, Execution, Conclusion of Contracts

  1. The Buyer places selected goods in the virtual cart before submitting an order. The cart allows organization, calculation of values, and management of items.

  2. After final selection, the Buyer is redirected to the order form, where they provide:

    • delivery address

    • delivery method

    • payment method

  3. By purchasing in the Store, the Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data for promotional and informational purposes, in line with data protection laws.

  4. If the Seller finds the order invalid, the Buyer will be notified.

  5. The Seller may provide confirmation and advice by phone or email.

  6. A contract is concluded when the Seller sends confirmation of order acceptance by email.

  7. Orders are processed within 3–5 days.

3. Payments, Prices

  1. Payments (including delivery) are made using payment tools available in the Store, or directly at the company premises, by bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

  2. Execution starts when:

    • advance payment is credited to the Seller’s account, or

    • personal data is confirmed for cash on delivery.

  3. All prices include VAT. Delivery costs depend on the method chosen. Company transport is priced individually.

  4. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs.

4. Delivery

  1. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer. Costs are communicated before order confirmation.

  2. If delivery fails due to Buyer’s fault (wrong address, refusal of acceptance), the Buyer will bear transport costs.

  3. If a product is unavailable, the shipment will be partially sent, and the Buyer will be notified.

  4. The Buyer must check goods upon delivery. In case of damage, a damage protocol must be completed and sent to the Seller.

5. Data Protection

6. Complaints

  1. The Buyer has the right to submit complaints electronically or in writing.

  2. A valid complaint must include: full name, contact details, order details, description, evidence (e.g., photos, receipt).

  3. Complaints are resolved within 14 days.

7. Returns

  1. The Buyer has the right to return standard goods within 14 days in accordance with consumer law.

  2. Exceptions: customized or non-standard products.

8. Final Provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms.

  2. Any disputes are resolved by the competent Polish court.

  3. This Regulation comes into force on 07.09.2023.
